Safety is Recoil Trampoline Park’s #1 Priority

Rules for Your Jump Time

At Recoil Trampoline, we take safety very seriously. Our staff is trained in numerous safety practices and techniques. In order to ensure safety measures please review these safety guidelines.

General Park Rules
  • All who enter must the Park have a signed waiver, wear Recoil socks, watch the safety video and have an active wristband to enter
  • All participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian
  • Participants must use all equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Children under the age of 16 should never be left unattended
  • Absolutely no double bouncing or diving
  • Recoil Socks must be worn at all times
  • Remove all object from closing including sharp or pointy objects. You will be held responsible for damage caused for ignoring this rule.
  • Jewelry and other loose articles must be removed before jumping
  • No running, racing or horseplay.
  • No sitting or lying on mats
  • No climbing on fences or netting
  • Prevent collisions with other jumpers by paying attention to surroundings at all times.
  • No gum, candy, food or drinks in the trampoline area
  • Consult a doctor prior to jumping concerning all medical conditions including asthma, diabetes, or pregnancy.
  • Participants should be in good health and able to withstand strenuous activity. Check with your doctor prior to jumping
  • Operators and Recoil Staff are here to provide guidance and, in the event an injury occurs, will call for emergency help only. Any assistance or medical care must be provided by a trained, medical professional only.
  • All injuries must be reported to Recoil management prior to leaving the building. No exceptions.
  • No drugs or alcohol permitted.
  • Participants must weigh under 275 lbs
  • No Loitering!
  • Admission is non-refundable. No rainchecks.

Warning: Failing to abide by these rules or Recoil Staff Instructions may result in injury, paralysis or death.

Puddle Jumper Rules
  • Only or our Smallest Jumpers
  • You must be under 8 to use this area
  • Make sure landing area is clear before jumping
  • Empty pockets of all objects
  • No gum, candy, food or drinks in the pit
  • Perform flips and tricks at your own risk
  • Land feet first and knees apart
  • Be in control of your body at all times
  • Obey Recoil Staff Instructions
  • No head-first jumping, diving or gainers
  • No double bouncing
  • No double flips
  • Do not bury yourself in the foam
  • No throwing or picking at the foam
  • Keep all foam in the pit
  • Foam pit dept is 3.5 Feet
  • Follow all General Park Rules
Trampoline to Foam Pit Rules
  • Make sure landing area is clear before jumping
  • Empty pockets of all objects
  • No gum, candy, food or drinks in the pit
  • Perform flips and tricks at your own risk
  • Only one jumper per lane
  • Land feet first and knees apart
  • Be in control of your body at all times
  • Obey Recoil Staff Instructions
  • No head-first jumping, diving or gainers
  • No double bouncing
  • No double flips
  • Do not bury yourself in the foam
  • No throwing or picking at the foam
  • Keep all foam in the pit
  • Foam pit dept is 3.5 Feet

Trapeze Rules
  • Make sure landing area is clear before jumping

  • Only one jumper at a time
  • Land feet first and knees apart
  • Be in control of your body at all times
  • Obey Recoil Staff Instructions
  • No head-first jumping, diving or gainers
  • No double flips
  • Do not bury yourself in the foam
  • No throwing or picking at the foam
  • Keep all foam in the pit
  • Exit the foam pit as quick as possible
  • Foam pit dept is 3.5 Feet
  • Follow all General Park Rules
Ninja Course Rules
  • No climbing on the frame
  • Be aware of others around you and other obstacles at all times
  • Use obstacles as intended
  • Make sure landing area is clear before proceeding
  • Empty pockets of all objects
  • No gum, candy, food or drinks in the pit
  • Perform tricks at your own risk
  • Only one participant per obstacle at a time
  • Land feet first and knees apart
  • Be in control of your body at all times
  • Obey Recoil Staff Instructions
  • No head-first jumping, diving or gainers
  • No double flips
  • Do not bury yourself in the foam
  • No throwing or picking at the foam
  • Keep all foam in the pit
  • If you fall from an obstacle, exit the foam pit as quick as possible
  • Foam pit dept is 3.5 Feet
  • Follow all General Park Rules
Basketball Rules
  • Absolutely no hanging on the rim
  • Make sure trampoline is clear before jumping
  • Empty pockets of all objects
  • No gum, candy, food or drinks in the pit
  • Perform flips, tricks and dunkcs at your own risk
  • Only one jumper per lane
  • Land feet first and knees apart
  • Be in control of your body at all times
  • Obey Recoil Staff Instructions
  • No double bouncing
  • No flip dunks
  • Do not touch backboard or netting
  • Follow all General Park Rules
Main Court Rules
  • Make sure landing area is clear before jumping
  • Empty pockets of all objects
  • No gum, candy, food or drinks in the pit
  • Perform flips and tricks at your own risk
  • Only one jumper per trampoline
  • Land feet first and knees apart
  • Be in control of your body at all times
  • Obey Recoil Staff Instructions
  • No head-first jumping, diving or gainers
  • No double bouncing
  • No double flips
  • Follow all General Park Rules
Dodgeball Rules
  • Players will be divided into even teams by Recoil Referee
  • All players must start on their own back wall
  • All dodgeballs are placed on the center line
  • Play begins when the referee signals
  • One team wins when all opposing players are called out
  • When a player is called out, the player must leave the court
  • A player may deflect a thrown by using a ball in the player’s hand
  • NO HEADSHOTS! Repeat infractions will result in loss of playing privileges
  • A player is out is:
    • Player is hit with a thrown ball on any part of the player’s body before the ball touches anything else
    • Player throws a ball and a member of the opposing team catches it
    • Player hits a player on the opposing team in the head with a ball
    • Player crosses the centerline
    • Player holds the ball for more than 10 seconds
    • Player argues with the referee
    • Player drops a ball while attempting to deflect a ball
    • Player kicks or attempts to kick a ball
